Ordering Options

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation (you will advise your email address when placing your order) which will list your order number together with your complete order details. Once we have received your cleared payment, your order will be packed and dispatched as quickly as possible within 24 hours for orders placed Monday to Friday and on the very next business day for orders placed on Public Holidays or over the weekend. You will receive a second and final email notifying you when your order has been packed and dispatched. Your parcel has a personalised consignment number which you can use to track your parcel until it arrives. Payment Options

When you arrive at the check-out, you will be prompted to select one of the following payment options;

Payment by Credit Card and Paypal

Paying by credit card and Paypal enables your order to be processed immediately and dispatched the same or next working day.

We would like to assure you that when using your credit card, shopping online at www.jetsettr.com.au is completely safe. You will notice a padlock icon located at the bottom of our site which indicates that the shopping cart has 128 bit Secure Socket Layer protection - the highest level of protection for internet sales. The check-out securely encrypts all payment information which is sent directly to our nominated bank so we never see or store your credit card details.

Payment by Direct Deposit

For your convenience, we also offer payment by direct deposit. When selecting this payment option at check-out, you will receive an email confirming your order details and advising you of our bank details. Payment of your order must be made within 24 hours of making your purchase. If you purchase on a non working day, your payment must be made on the next working day.

Please note that goods will not be dispatched until your payment has been received, which can take 1 - 3 days depending on your financial institution. Once we have received your cleared payment, you parcel will be packed and dispatched as quickly as possible within 24 hours.

Domestic Shipping Options

PLEASE NOTE: *Bulky orders and orders including luggage are sent via Regular Post with Tracking and are estimated to be received within 3-10 business days. If you need an accurate estimate for the delivery of your order, please contact us by emailing info@jetsettr.com.au or by phoning 07 5556 0820.
 

Please note that if you are unable to sign for your parcel and are happy to leave instructions for where you would like your parcel left at your nominated address, please add these instructions in the Shipping Instructions field when completing your delivery details at checkout. You will need to ensure that this is a secure place as we are unable to replace your goods if they are damaged or stolen after you have instructed that no signature be obtained.

Alternatively if you are not present at the time of delivery, you will receive a calling card and be required to collect your parcel from your local post office.

Please note that this guideline refers to the estimated time taken to deliver the parcel once the order has been processed at Jetsettr.

Order Processing Times

You can be assured that at Jetsettr, we endeavour to process all orders within 24 hours. Orders received before 8.30am QLD time Monday-Friday will be dispatched same day allowing for next-day delivery within the Next Day Delivery Network. Orders received Saturday-Sunday and on Public Holidays will be shipped on the very next business day.

Once your order has been processed you will receive an email notification from Jetsettr confirming this. At any time you may request your personal tracking number from us so that you can track your parcel via http://auspost.com.au/track/ at anytime until your order is delivered.

International Orders & Shipping

Jetsettr currently delivers internationally to the following countries. Please contact us by emailing info@jetsettr.com.au prior to placing your order for a quote on shipping to your country.

International Order Processing Times

As shipping fees vary from country to country, your shipping fee will be automatically charged and listed on the checkout page.

Please note that the estimated shipping time for international orders is 7 -10 business days from the time your order has been processed at Jetsettr.

You can be assured that at Jetsettr, we endeavour to process all orders as quickly as possible within 24 hours and wherever possible we process and dispatch orders same day. Once your order has been processed you will receive an email notification from Jetsettr confirming this. We offer Airmail as the delivery option for internaltional purchases however due to the cost of the registered service for international parcels, no tracking is provided with these purchases.

IMPORTANT CUSTOMS NOTICE

If you are making a purchase at Jetsettr.com.au from outside Australia please note that customs fees or import duties may apply to your order.

We recommend that you contact your national customs/imports body in order to determine what customs and/or duty charges may apply to your order.

Please be aware that these charges are the customer's responsibility and we at Jetsettr have no control over what charges may apply.

Returns & Exchanges

If you're not happy, we're not happy so if the goods you receive are damaged or if you change your mind or are unhappy with your purchase we will offer an Exchange or Refund on the items.
